We produce and ship close to 15MM baked goods every day to thousands of QSR Restaurants Globally.

Their expertise is shared across the organization through functional team alignment in a variety of disciplines. This structure enables us to effectively communicate globally, share best practices and leverage technical baking and food safety expertise and resources to our individual bakeries.
Mark Bendix
Executive Vice President
Mark is the President of Bimbo QSR, a Division of Grupo Bimbo. Previously, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer at East Balt Bakeries, where he set the strategic direction, global operations, culture, vision and values for the company. After a successful fiscal turnaround of East Balt, Mark led the sale of the Company to Grupo Bimbo. Mark has extensive leadership experience in the baking sector based on years of executive positions at The Bama Companies, General Mills, The Pillsbury Company and Quaker Oats.

MIKE LABOSKY
Mike is responsible for all Bimbo QSR Quality Assurance systems, food safety and product quality compliance on a global basis. Mike has more than thirty years of experience providing quality and operations leadership to companies such as Golden State Foods, Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, Unilever Food Solutions and McCormick & Co.



CECILIA LOPEZ
Cecilia joined Bimbo QSR in 2020 and leads our R&D and Innovation initiatives around the Globe. Cecilia has an extensive background in the Food Industry, with companies such as General Mills and iLolay. Her technical education is equally impressive with a Master’s Degree in Projection Management, a Chemical Engineering degree specialized in Food Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

NATASHA GALAVOTTI
Natasha is responsible for managing Bimbo QSR's largest customers around the world, bringing a wealth of global management experience in sales, supply chain and sustainability. Prior to joining Bimbo QSR, Natasha held leadership positions at Seda International Packaging Group, The Marketing Store, Deloitte Consulting and General Motors.

JAY BROWN
Jay is responsible for Bimbo QSR Logistics, which includes DSD frozen operations, 3PL distribution, freezer and equipment assets, customer service, forecasting and customer relationships. He brings nearly 40 years of innovative logistics experience, holding similar positions with East Balt Bakeries, The New Bakery Company and Sta-Fresh Buns of Ohio.

TIGER YANG WANG
Tiger leads Bimbo QSR’s China and South Korea operations which consists of nine plants representing the largest bakery supplier to McDonald's, Yum brands and Burger King in the China market. Prior to join BQ, Tiger specialized in commercial management in the consumer goods industry with multi-national companies in the China market, including Unilever Food Solution, ABF Foods and Campbell's Soup.

Amy is responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the United states. Amy grew up in the Food Industry, working for her family's restaurants and after college, she continued that passion working for top organizations such as Campbell's, ConAgra Foods, Aryzta and Rise Baking. Her business development and sales leadership skills are second to none.

PABLO GARRIDO
Pablo is responsible for the strategic leadership and business development in the European Region, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and South Africa. Pablo has more than 20 years of bakery experience; including serving as a consultant to The Coca-Cola Company and Heineken, as assistant Managing Director at Berlys Corporación Alimentaria, as Managing Director Iberia at Fresh Start Bakeries Iberia.

LYNN LANGROCK
Lynn energetically leads our Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership & Organization Development, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Benefits, HR Field Operations and Compensation. Prior to Bimbo QSR, she led the Human Relations and Corporate Affairs group for Bimbo Canada where she drove the company’s COVID-19 response leading her to be named among Canada’s 50 Best Executives in the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Best Executive Awards.

DIDIER MOLERES
Didier is responsible for the operational capability, performance, programs and systems that add value to Bimbo QSR’s bakeries around the world. His international experience with Grupo Bimbo includes Director of Quality Assurance; Regional Vice President of Operations for Bimbo Bakeries USA and Vice President of Operations for Latin Centro, leading teams in Central America including Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador.
