We are an Industry Leader in High-Speed Carrier Solutions with nearly 70 years of Baking Excellence. Since our humble beginnings in 1955, we’ve been committed to supplying only the highest quality sandwich buns, rolls and sweet baked goods to the QSR Industry. MARK BENDIX

Mark Bendix holds a BA from Stonehill College, Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mark J. Bendix was recently appointed Grupo Bimbo Executive Vice President, whose responsibility include BBU and Bimbo Canada and he has served as the CEO of our QSR division at Grupo Bimbo since 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Bendix was the CEO of East Balt Bakeries; after a successful financial turnaround at East Balt, Mr. Bendix led the sale of the company to Grupo Bimbo. He has extensive leadership experience in the baking industry gained over the years in various executive positions at The Bama Companies, General Mills, The Pillsbury Company, and Quaker Oats.
He was recently awarded France’s highest civil medal. Mr. Bendix was recognized for his significant economic and civil development in France over the past decade with the Medal of Merit of the National Order Chevalier dans from President Emmanuel Macron.

Cecilia joined Bimbo QSR in 2020 and leads our R&D and Innovation initiatives around the Globe. Cecilia has an extensive background in the Food Industry, with companies such as General Mills and iLolay. Her technical education is equally impressive with a Master’s Degree in Projection Management, a Chemical Engineering degree specialized in Food Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
