Mark Bendix holds a BA from Stonehill College, Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Currently serving as Grupo Bimbo Executive Vice President, overseeing BBU and Bimbo Canada, he has also been the CEO of the QSR division at Grupo Bimbo since 2017. Prior to that, he was the CEO of East Balt Bakeries; after a successful financial turnaround at East Balt, Mr. Bendix led the sale of the company to Grupo Bimbo. He has extensive leadership experience in the baking industry gained over the years in various executive positions at The Bama Companies, General Mills, The Pillsbury Company, and Quaker Oats.
Ramon Perez is the Global VP of Finance at Bimbo QSR. With more than 20 years of experience at Grupo Bimbo (GB) in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Ramon spearheaded the transformation of FP&A practices, reviewed strategic projects, and provided critical guidelines across various new business lines.
Ramon is renowned for his strategic and tactical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional leadership skills. His passion for continuous learning drives him to deliver optimal support for decision-making and foster strong business relationships with customers.
Xochitl Cruz joined Bimbo QSR in 2024 and oversees the company’s global bakery operations, supply chain and business technology. She has been a key figure within Grupo Bimbo and Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU) since 2004. With extensive experience in operations, logistics, strategic planning, and process improvement, Xochitl has notably led the transformation of manufacturing at BBU under the Operations Excellence model. She is also involved in mentoring and volunteering, serving as the Chairperson for the American Society of Baking and previously as the Executive Sponsor for LevelUp, contributing to the diversity, equity and belonging efforts within BBU.
Cecilia Lopez joined Bimbo QSR in 2020 and leads our R&D and Innovation initiatives around the Globe. Cecilia has an extensive background in the Food Industry, with companies such as General Mills and iLolay. Her technical education is equally impressive with a Master’s Degree in Projection Management, a Chemical Engineering degree specialized in Food Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
Lynn Langrock energetically leads our Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership & Organization Development, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Benefits, HR Field Operations and Compensation. Prior to Bimbo QSR, she led the Human Relations and Corporate Affairs group for Bimbo Canada where she drove the company’s COVID-19 response leading her to be named among Canada’s 50 Best Executives in the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Best Executive Awards.
Linda Niklasson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in the Food industry. Holding an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Linnéuniversitetet in Sweden, she has cultivated a wealth of global experience. Linda's professional journey includes serving as a Food industry consultant at multiple food businesses companies and, prior to joining Bimbo QSR, a pivotal role as leader of Quality and Supply Chain globally at McDonald’s. Her comprehensive background showcases a deep understanding of QSR industry.
Pablo Garrido is responsible for the strategic leadership and business development in the European Region, Russia, Türkiye, Ukraine and South Africa. Pablo has more than 20 years of bakery experience; including serving as a consultant to The Coca-Cola Company and Heineken, as assistant Managing Director at Berlys Corporación Alimentaria, as Managing Director Iberia at Fresh Start Bakeries Iberia.
Amy Spuck is responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the United states. Amy grew up in the Food Industry, working for her family's restaurants and after college, she continued that passion working for top organizations such as Campbell's, ConAgra Foods, Aryzta and Rise Baking. Her business development and sales leadership skills are second to none.
Tiger Yang Wang leads Bimbo QSR’s China and South Korea operations which consists of nine plants representing the largest bakery supplier to McDonald's, Yum brands and Burger King in the China market. Prior to join BQ, Tiger specialized in commercial management in the consumer goods industry with multi-national companies in the China market, including Unilever Food Solution, ABF Foods and Campbell's Soup.

Christophe Blaise is an accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise, holding both a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from PolyTech Paris. With over 25 years of experience in the QSR business, his journey began as the General Manager for France at East Balt Bakeries before the company merged with Grupo Bimbo. In his role at Bimbo QSR, Christophe has spearheaded the France Business, providing outstanding service to our French clients. His dedication has fostered valuable relationships with customers, addressing their needs and driving business growth in this market.
