Vice President - Operations
Didier is responsible for the operational capability and performance of BQ Bakeries around the world that serve the QSR channel. Didier is accountable to ensure the strategic alignment of Bimbo QSR programs and systems that add value to our operations. Didier is a Chemist and Bacteriologist with a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. He also holds an MBA from University of Phoenix. His international experience with Grupo Bimbo includes Director of Quality Assurance and Regional Vice President of Operations for Bimbo Bakeries USA. Didier also served as Vice President of Operationsf or Latin Centro, leading GB’s manufacturing teams in Central America including Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador.
